Workflow Example

Obsidian Logo

1. Create Content in Obsidian

Use Obsidian as your central hub. Write content, gather research, and organize all your files into a single folder within your vault.

When ready, right-click that folder, choose "Show in system explorer," and copy the entire folder to an accessible location like your Desktop.

Note: AI models like Kimi K2 are great for writing initial content due to their large 256,000 token context windows.

2. Edit & Refine with Cursor

Next, open Cursor and start a new project. Find and select the folder you just copied from Obsidian. Now you can use AI to batch-edit all your Markdown files at once. Provide instructions like:

"Please rename all files using a numbered prefix in the format 01 - Name, 02 - Name, You can decide the starting point and the order of the sections, but arrange them so the flow makes sense. For example, if one section is about skill vs. luck and another section is aswell, place the following section logically after it to build on that idea."

You can also use Cursor to:

  • Proofread and edit content
  • Retone or reformat pages
  • Generate additional pages as needed
